Effective Date: August 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines the practices of NXT GEN NATIONWIDE, LLC. ("we," "us," "NXT GEN," or "our") regarding the collection, use, sharing, and protection of information obtained from visitors, customers, and users ("you" or "your") of our website and services.
1. Who We Are and Our Role
NXT GEN NATIONWIDE is an authorized dealer of Push-to-Talk Over Cellular (PoC) radio equipment and related subscription services. We help organizations select, configure, and deploy these solutions, and we remain a point of contact for our customers.
Order fulfillment, billing, and platform operation are handled by our network partners. Equipment is billed by Endless Communications, LLC. Monthly airtime and subscription services are billed by Onsite Communications. These partners operate the underlying communication platform and maintain their own privacy practices, which govern the data they process. This Policy describes our practices only.
2. Information We Collect
2.1. Information You Provide
We collect personal information such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the details of your inquiry when you request a quote, contact us, or communicate with us about your organization's needs. If you build a quote on our website, we collect the products and quantities you configured along with your contact details.
2.2. Website Usage Information
We automatically collect information about your device and interactions with our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and referring website. See our Cookie Policy for details on the technologies used to collect this information.
2.3. Location and Communications Data
The products we sell include GPS location tracking and voice recording capabilities. When your organization deploys these products, the communication platform may collect and store real-time and historical location data for enrolled devices, movement and speed data, breadcrumb trails, emergency alert events, and recordings of push-to-talk communications.
This data is collected and stored by the platform operated by our network partners, not by NXT GEN NATIONWIDE. We do not routinely access, monitor, or retain your organization's location data or call recordings. We may see limited data only when you ask us to assist with a support issue.
2.4. Employee and End User Data
Where a business customer deploys our products to its personnel, that customer determines how the products are used and controls the data generated. If you are an employee or contractor whose device is enrolled by your employer, your employer controls that data and is responsible for notifying you and obtaining any consent required under applicable law. Questions about how your location or communications are used should be directed to your employer.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and prepare quotes, recommend and configure appropriate equipment and service plans, transmit orders to our network partners for fulfillment and billing, provide ongoing support, communicate about products, service changes, and account matters, improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as described below.
4.1. Network Partners
To fulfill an order we transmit your contact and order details to Endless Communications, LLC and Onsite Communications, who handle equipment supply, provisioning, billing, and platform support. Their handling of your information is governed by their own agreements and privacy practices.
4.2. Cellular Carriers
Our products operate over commercial cellular networks. Carriers process network traffic according to their own privacy policies and applicable telecommunications regulations.
4.3. Service Providers
We use third-party providers for website hosting, email delivery, and analytics. These providers may process limited information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
4.4. Legal and Safety
We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, investigate fraud, or address an immediate safety concern.
4.5. Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Data and Cyber Security
5.1. Security Measures
We employ technical and organizational security measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5.2. Data Breach Response
In the event of a data breach involving your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
6. Data Retention
We retain quote and inquiry records for as long as needed to serve your account and for a reasonable period afterward for business and legal recordkeeping, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Retention of location data, call recordings, and account records held on the communication platform is governed by your service agreement with our network partners.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may update or delete the personal information you have provided to us by contacting info@nxtnationwide.com. Certain information may be retained for legal, tax, or administrative purposes.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Requests concerning location data or call recordings generated by a deployed system should be directed to the organization that controls that account, or to our network partners who operate the platform.
8. Marketing Communications
If you receive marketing email from us, you may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We will still send transactional messages related to a quote, order, or support request.
9. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and organizations and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
Where our products are deployed in school transportation or similar settings, the deploying organization is responsible for compliance with laws governing student data.
10. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We disclaim responsibility for the privacy practices or content of these third parties.
11. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies on our website. See our Cookie Policy for details and for how to control them.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Policy on our website with a revised effective date.
